April is Stress Awareness Month, an annual initiative dedicated to highlighting the impact of stress on mental health and exploring ways to manage it. Stress Awareness Month is designed to help you relax, recharge, and prioritise wellbeing.

Sometimes, the demands of life can leave us feeling anxious or overwhelmed. 2026 is our third year supporting Stress Awareness Month, and it’s shaping up to be bigger and better than ever before.

With a carefully curated programme designed with you in mind, we have partnered with our levy-paying businesses to showcase the services our community has on offer. Helping you to move more, slow down, or simply step away from your busy day,  relax, recharge, and try something new with our 20 Days of Calm event series.

Stress relieving events

‘20 Days of Calm’ is aimed at helping you and your team unwind and de-stress. From rejuvenating sunrise yoga sessions to watercolour painting.

Together with local businesses, we’re on a mission to build a stronger, more resilient, and supportive community for everyone.
