Bristol BID once again proudly supported Bristol Harbour Festival, one of the UK’s biggest free-to-attend events, in 2026. Running from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 July 2026, the festival attracted over 150,000 people across the long weekend.

For the first time, the 2026 festival stretched the harbourside from Thekla to Underfall Yard, with a fresh layout that turned Bristol’s iconic waterfront into a living stage – packed with back-to-back entertainment, dockside moments and maritime magic.

Alongside the main festival and supported by Bristol BID, Bristol’s city centre venues took part in the Bristol Harbour Festival Fringe, bringing the city’s biggest waterfront celebration into bars, galleries, cafes and creative spaces across Bristol.
