Brought to you by drink and dining connoisseurs Living For The Weekend and supported by Bristol BID, the city’s annual showcase of mixology, Bristol Cocktail Weekend, returned in September to celebrate Bristol’s incredible cocktail venues.
The 2026 festival brought together 33 venues, including new participants and introduced a varied programme of experiences beyond cocktails, including cocktail masterclasses, spirits and chocolate tastings, live jazz and blues, food pairings and even a Sunday morning harbourside swim.
With a Bristol Cocktail Festival wristband, attendees could enjoy a £7 signature cocktail or a £6 alcohol-free alternative at every participating venue – well below the going rate! The perfect way to celebrate Bristol’s varied hospitality scene and encourage visitors to explore the city’s bars and restaurants.
This year, the festival attracted more punters than ever before, with 1,600 people sampling the alcoholic or non-alcoholic delights the weekend had to offer. The Cocktail of the Year competition also returned, with Jukebox winning for a second consecutive year, winning the public and the judges’ votes for their Capri Son of a B*tch cocktail.
