January Cleansing Report

Our cleansing team began 2025 as they meant to go this January, braving the icy conditions to keep our streets clean, with a particular focus on tidying the city centre in advance of the Bristol Light Festival.
Through icy winter conditions, the team covered an impressive 295 miles as they freshened up our busy streets, from Queens Road and Park Street, to Baldwin Street, the Old City, and the Harbourside. This month’s deep clean locations were Marlborough Steps, Park Row, Clare Street, and Corn Street.
The team worked tirelessly across the city centre this month, removing an astonishing 139 items of graffiti. You can help us to tackle prolific graffiti in the city by reporting any graffiti you spot using the online reporting system.
