Working in sustainability and climate-focused roles can feel overwhelming, with the emotional impact of driving change often affecting wellbeing and resilience. To support organisations in this space, Bristol Climate & Nature Partnership, in collaboration with Bristol BID, is delivering a ‘Staying Well in Climate Work’ event.

This session will explore the challenges of purpose-driven work, alongside practical steps to support personal and organisational wellbeing, build resilience, and reduce the risk of burnout. There will also be opportunities to connect with others and hear how organisations are supporting staff in meaningful roles.

The event is limited to a small number of organisations and is aimed at those working in sustainability or able to influence workplace culture. Places are free but limited, with priority given to organisations in the Bristol BID area.
