Hotel staff across England and Wales are being supported to recognise the signs of potential child sexual abuse and exploitation through this important safeguarding initiative.
Operation Make Safe is a national initiative that focuses on preventing child sexual exploitation within hotels and other accommodation settings. This free, in-person session will provide practical insight into how the sector can play a vital role in protecting children and young people.
What to expect:
- Increased awareness of how accommodation settings can be used by offenders
- Insight into the proactive work taking place to prevent exploitation
- Guidance to help staff feel confident in recognising and responding to concerns
- Information on partnership working between hospitality businesses, police and safeguarding agencies

- Managers and Assistant Managers
- Supervisors
- Senior Team Members
- Night Team Staff
