Future of Work 2026
Leadership in the Modern, Multi-Generational Workplace
Book now
The workplace is evolving rapidly. For the first time in history, five generations are working side by side, bringing a wealth of experience, perspectives and expectations into the modern organisation.
Now in its fourth year, Future of Work returns as one of Bristol’s leading leadership events, bringing together senior decision makers from across the city to explore how organisations can build cultures that enable people, performance and businesses to thrive.
Following the unification of three Business Improvement Districts, this will be the first Future of Work event delivered by Bristol BID, representing businesses across the city centre, Redcliffe and Temple and Broadmead.
To mark this moment, we are incredibly proud to present our strongest speaker line-up yet, featuring senior leaders from some of Bristol’s most recognised and respected organisations across sectors, including aerospace, retail, hospitality, sport, education and professional services.
Together, they will share real world insights on what it takes to lead successfully in a modern, multi-generational workplace.
Keynote Speaker
Amelia Orchard-Smith, Group Inclusion and Diversity Manager, Inchcape plc
Setting the tone for the morning, Amelia will explore the leadership challenges and opportunities that come with managing an increasingly diverse workforce and how organisations can create environments where every generation contributes to success.
