Izzy Haines is a Net Zero & Social Value Manager based in Bristol, working at the intersection of climate action and social impact. With a strong focus on embedding responsible business practices, Izzy helps organisations understand how environmental sustainability and social value are deeply interconnected and why addressing them together leads to more meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Izzy’s work brings together community engagement, green skills development, and inclusive approaches to the transition to net zero. She collaborates with local partners and organisations to ensure climate strategies not only reduce carbon but also deliver tangible benefits for people and communities.
