Bristol BID is proud to once again support Bristol Harbour Festival, one of the UK’s biggest free-to-attend events, in 2026. Running from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 July 2026, the festival attracts around 250,000 people across the long weekend.
For the first time, this year’s festival will stretch the harbourside from Thekla to Underfall Yard, the festival’s refreshed layout turns Bristol’s iconic waterfront into a living stage – packed with back-to-back entertainment, dockside moments and maritime magic.
Alongside the main festival and supported by Bristol BID, Bristol’s city centre venues are being invited to take part in the Bristol Harbour Festival Fringe, bringing the city’s biggest waterfront celebration into bars, galleries, cafes and creative spaces across Bristol. Businesses can get involved here for free – applications close on Friday 5 June.
