Iyengar Yoga
This relaxing lunchtime class combines calming breath work with gentle, accessible movements designed to release tension and restore balance. Each session focuses on stretching tight muscles, opening the body, and soothing the nervous system, leaving you feeling relaxed, re-energised, and ready for the rest of the day.
Elisa is a qualified Iyengar Yoga instructor who began her practice over ten years ago while managing chronic pain. What started as a physical need soon became a passion for helping others experience the strength, balance, and calm that yoga brings. Find her on Instagram at @healthiness_empowerher.
Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow and Vinyasa Flow is a practice for everyone, and we welcome all abilities to join us for a revitalising lunchtime session. Expect energising, flowing movement and breathwork with the intention to create space in the body and mind. Return to your desk feeling rejuvenated and strong!
Anna Haskell-Thomas looks to create a friendly, supportive space for people to move, breathe and connect to themselves. Taking inspiration from the different styles she’s trained in, her classes are a blend of strength, challenge and playfulness as well as pause, rest and enquiry. With a strong focus on the breath, they are intentionally sequenced whilst offering freedom for you to explore in your own way.
